Tiffany Yoast serves on the Authentic Strengths Advantage® team as a Coach, Trainer, Higher Education Expert and Curriculum Designer. Her passion for authentic strengths coaching comes from her top strength of appreciation of beauty and excellence. She excels at coaching others to become the best version of themselves.

Tiffany is a faculty member of the Department of Student Leadership and Success Studies at Utah Valley University. Among the several courses she teaches: The Authentic Strengths Advantage: Explore, Empower, Engage; University Student Success; Leadership Mentoring; The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and Hardiness-Stress Management.

Tiffany earned her Masters of Education at Nova South Eastern University. Her scholarship is focused on humanistic learning theory, self-regulation, intrinsic motivation, personal leadership and positive psychology. Her background includes extensive knowledge and experience teaching personal leadership skills and resiliency and in the first-year college experience and student transition.

Tiffany has also worked on development teams in positive psychology curriculum that is delivered worldwide for the Authentic Strengths Advantage®, the VIA Institute on Character and the Shingo Institute.

Tiffany is the co-founder of Ability, a nonprofit organization that delivers personal leadership curriculum to people with disabilities and their support networks.

As a cancer survivor and single parent, Tiffany seeks out meaningful projects that inspire her and others to engage their authentic strengths.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
