Whitney Wilding
Consultant and Trainer

Whitney Wilding brings to her role as education consultant and trainer at Authentic Strengths Advantage® many years experience as a Public Elementary Education Professional. She received her BA in Elementary Education from Brigham Young University in 2014. She is also accredited with an English Language Learners endorsement (ELL). She currently enjoys the rigors and challenges as an educator in a Title 1 school fostering English language learning in her 2nd grade students, where she also serves as a 2nd grade team leader.

Whitney’s greatest passion is bringing out the strengths in the children she works with. Whitney was invited and is currently participating in Arts Leadership Academy in which a program is being developed to foster and integrate arts in to the curriculum of BYU partnership school districts. She is also currently training to implement the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) program and providing opportunities for the students to develop skills and foster interest in Problem Based Learning (PBL).

Whitney has spent many hours in volunteer service and teaching of local youth. She also enjoys sharing her musical talent and showed her piano students by example that practice can make perfect. She is also currently using artistic talent illustrating children’s books. Whitney and her husband are looking forward to their new adventures as they relocate to Houston this summer. She enjoys hiking with her husband and dog, traveling, volleyball, running, doodling, reading and being with her family.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
