Richard Bell, MBA, is excited to be a part of Authentic Strengths Advantage as a Senior Consultant and Executive Coach. Richard brings with him over 30 years of progressive and responsible healthcare administration experience. Much of his time has been spent in developing, implementing and managing new startup facilities specifically designed to treat patients in need of behavioral health care. Also, as a customer loyalty consultant and coach, he has worked with numerous organizations across the country to define, create and execute customer loyalty programs that assist business in developing strategies to keep customers for a lifetime.

As a Co-founder and CEO of Six Star Solutions, Richard is passionate about helping organizations improve. Richard has been instrumental in working with local and national businesses and his presentations have included Utah State University, Applegate Home Care and Hospice, American Oil Change Association, Iasis Healthcare, Utah Hotel and Lodging Association, Jiffy Lube (Lube Management), and Pioneer Healthcare. He is committed to helping organizations retain their customers and keep them coming back. He stresses the importance of engaging and empowering employees throughout the organization and building a culture of what he calls the 5 C’s: Caring, Concern, Compassion, Competence, and Consistency.

As Corporate Director of Customer Service, Pioneer Healthcare, Richard was instrumental in developing and implementing a “Customer Experience” program that changed the entire corporate culture in numerous healthcare facilities. A measurable increase in customer care was demonstrated by improved patient satisfaction surveys, patient volumes, and by referring business and industry. By fostering a positive customer service culture and coaching employees to be proactive, the positive impact to both patients and the organization was tremendous.

As the former CEO at Highland Ridge Hospital, Richard was passionate about the quality of care patients received, and worked diligently with his management team and employees to assure every patient was given excellent care and treated in a compassionate and caring manner.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
