As an Entrepreneur, and as a Sales/Marketing Strategist and Trainer for Authentic Strengths Advantage®, Judy Moon Bell brings a wealth of practical business experience to ASA. Judy has creatively developed multiple companies, grown them into multi-million dollar businesses and sold them. She is currently developing business and marketing strategies for a new company that has a line of products that preserves perishable foods.
As a business owner, Judy focused on in-store marketing and sales with a staff of over 2,000 event personnel executing events throughout the country. With her business development skills, Judy also grew a local merchandising service business into a nationwide company setting up displays and merchandising products in retail grocery and hard-line stores. In addition, she has developed and grown a national undercover shopping company that worked with businesses to evaluate their employee’s customer service skills.
Mentoring, managing and executing are core business strengths that Judy has utilized in driving and building her companies. Her businesses have been people driven with a focus on organization, motivation and management techniques to enhance personal productivity and increase self-esteem, while retaining customers to grow each company.
Judy is passionate about helping people to find and fulfill their fullest potential in life. She is an advocate for health, wellbeing, and self-improvement. Judy believes in the goodness of people and in creating the conditions for people to flourish at work.
Judy holds degrees in communications and business management from Utah State University. She has served as President of the Utah Manufacturer Rep Association and was a Director for the National Association of Retail Merchandising.
