Lee Barrus brings to Authentic Strengths Advantage® over 25 years of experience in directing, managing, and organizing complex business development strategies and programs, many in response to federal contracts from the Department of Defense, Air Force, Navy, Army, USACE and Department of Interior.

As a business executive and CEO of his own company, Lee’s wealth of experience as is demonstrated as he coaches business directors, managers, and leaders to deliver, execute and achieve successful program execution. He accomplishes this by identifying individual strengths and capabilities paired with roles and responsibilities.

BYU Marriott School, Program Coordinator, Global Supply Chain/Marketing. This program is ranked # 6 in the nation with 100% career placement. As a Marriott School graduate with an MPA degree, he is helping increase the programs visibility and position. In his capacity as Program Coordinator he coaches students to leverage their leadership skills, hone their decision making processes and sharpen their vision as they proceed into a competitive work force.

Adjunct professor and instructor. Lee taught courses in government contracting and pricing at Webster University. This unique opportunity allowed him to teach contracting concepts and strategies to Air Force purchasing personnel.

Negotiator, arbitrator and facilitator. Lee’s use of strengths based values has been implemented in his years of negotiating solutions for business conflicts. He has coached companies to recognize that disputes of different types and complexities require identifying positive ways to build consensus.

Lee and his wife Trish are the parents of 10 children and 17 grandchildren. He and his wife Trish relish spending time with their children and grandchildren. He enjoys working on old cars and motorcycles, playing tennis, fly fishing, and traveling.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
